These terms govern your use of Marble3D (the “Service”), operated by Enception AI. By subscribing you agree to them.
The service
Marble3D generates 3D scenes from text prompts and images you supply, and lets you export them. Generation is probabilistic: output quality varies with the input, and we do not guarantee that any particular prompt or photo produces a usable world.
Subscription and billing
The subscription is $10 per month, billed through Stripe and renewing monthly until cancelled. It includes up to 20 generated worlds per calendar month; the allowance resets monthly and unused worlds do not roll over. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
You can cancel yourself at any time from the billing portal, linked in the playground. If an outage prevents you from generating for a substantial part of a billing period, email us and we will refund that period in full.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of the images and prompts you upload, and of the worlds generated from them. You grant us only the licence needed to process your inputs and deliver your outputs. Do not upload material you have no right to use, and do not attempt to generate content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent quotas or use the Service to build a substantially similar competing generation service. We may suspend accounts that do, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
No affiliation
Marble3D is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to World Labs or its Marble product, or any other third-party vendor referenced on this site.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
