Marble3D is operated by Enception AI. This page describes what we collect and why, in plain terms.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can sign you in. We use magic links, so we never ask for or store a password.
• Images and prompts you submit, for as long as needed to generate and deliver your world.
• Subscription status — whether your plan is active, and how many worlds you generated this month.
• Anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics), used to understand which pages people visit.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card data goes directly to Stripe, our payment processor, and we only receive whether a subscription is active.

Who else processes your data

Generating a world requires sending your prompt or image to our generation infrastructure. Payments are processed by Stripe, sign-in emails by our email provider, and analytics by Google. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploads to advertise to you.

Retention

Your account record and world history persist while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your account record, API key, and world history.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion, by emailing marble3d@enception.ai. Cancelling your subscription is self-serve and takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.
